Most agree that virtual options in relation to behavioral health just make sense. The increased access, convenience and privacy offered through virtual care have led to a dramatic increase in virtual encounters, as well as record reductions in client no-shows. This presentation will highlight these regulatory considerations, payment updates and regulatory challenges in an effort to assist providers to identify and navigate the same.
