This work includes advising clients on deferred compensation issues arising under federal laws such as ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code, as well as applicable state laws. Our services involve designing, drafting, implementing and interpreting executive compensation agreements and plans, including both qualified and non-qualified deferred compensation plans and individual executive employment agreements. In addition, our attorneys are experienced in assisting clients with respect to litigation and government investigations of compensation issues.
