The firm also has forged valuable relationships with a number of experienced insurance managers, actuaries, underwriters and accountants who focus on captive insurance arrangements and are located in a number of domestic and foreign jurisdictions.

In addition, we provide corporate and regulatory guidance to our clients with more traditional health plans, including plans that provide Medicaid managed care services. Our attorneys can assist with the formation, sale and acquisition of those health plans.
